Ingredients:

• Channa dal – 1 cup
• Wheat rava – 1/2 cup
• Fresh Coconut – 1/2 cup (grated)
• Milk – 1 cup
• Jaggery – 3/4 cup

Method:

  1. Pressure cook dal and rava after adding 2 cups of water.
  2. Add milk to the boiled mixture and mix thoroughly.
  3. Heat this mixture on a low flame and add jaggery to it. Let it cook till the jaggery dissolves completely.
  4. Then add grated coconut to it and mix well over a low flame for 2 mins.
  5. Sprinkle cardamom powder over it and enjoy.
