
Ingredients:
• 1 litre – Milk
• 250 g – Paneer
• 4 tbsp – Sugar
• 1.5 tsp – essence of rose
• 1 tsp – Cardamom powder
• 25 g – fried and sliced Almonds
• 25 g – fried and sliced Pistachio nuts
• 25 g – fried and sliced Raisins
• Silver foil
Method:
- Grind paneer to a paste.
- Mix milk with 125 g sugar and boil over a slow fire till it is reduced to half its original quantity.
- Mix in the paneer, cardamoms and nuts and cook till quite thick. Remove from heat and sprinkle rose essence on top.
- Serve decorated with foil.
