Ingredients:
• 2 cups – Channa dal
• 1 -big Onion
• 1 cup – cauliflower, chopped
• 3-4 -green chillies
• Coriander leaves
• 1 tbsp – coriander powder
• 1 tbsp – Cumin seeds
• 2 tbsp – Red Chilli pd
• Salt and oil for frying.
Method:
- Soak channa dal and grind it coarse.
- Add all the above ingredients and mix it well.
- Heat oil, make the flat tikkis and deep fry them till brown.
