Ingredients:

• 1 cup – cooked Rice
• 1 bunch – fresh Coriander leaves
• 4 to 5 strings – Mint leaves
• 3 nos – Green chillies
• a pinch of Hing
• 1 cup – besan
• 1/2 cup – curds
• salt to taste
• oil for frying the pakodas

Method:

  1. Mix rice and curds together and mix them well. Then add the hing and salt along with chopped coriander leaves and mint leaves as well as chopped chillies
  2. Mix them well.
  3. Then add the besan and mix it well. add water only if required.
  4. Once the batter is made, add around 3 to 4 tsp of oil to it and mix well again.
  5. Heat oil in a karahi. add tsp ful of the batter in it and fry on low flame till pakoras are golden brown.
  6. Serve it hot with mint chutney.
