Ingredients:
• 1 cup- Wheat flour , 1/2 cup- Rice ,1 “- ginger, salt to taste, 1 tsp- garam masla
Method:
- Cook the rice. Add all masala to the rice.
- Add to the wheat flour and knead into a soft dough.
- Pinch off small balls and roll into chappatis.
- Shallow fry on a girdle and serve hot with chutneys.
