Ingredients:

• 1.5 cups – boiled Corn
• 1 cup – Milk
• 2 – cheese cubes, grated
• 1 piece – Onion
• 1.5 cups – vegetable stock
• 1 – carrot, boiled
• 1 tsp – plain flour (maida)
• 1 tbsp – Celery
• 1.5 tsp – pepper
• 1 tbsp – Butter
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Fry the onions in butter, then add the plain flour and stir.
  2. Add the carrot, celery, pepper amd milk. Mix gradually.
  3. Pour in the vegetable stock, salt, boiled corn and boil for a while.
  4. Mix the grated cheese and serve hot.
