Ingredients:
• 1 head – Lettuce
• 1 tbsp – mayonnaise
• 250 g – Tomatoes
• 100 g – Potatoes
• 250 g – cheese, grated
• 1 tbsp – mayonnaise
• 1 tsp – dry mustard
• 2 tbsp – chopped Parsley
Method:
- Wash and tear the lettuce into a salad bowl.
- Peel the tomatoes and slice them.
- Boil the potatoes, peel and slice them.
- Mix the mayonnaise and the mustard together.
- Combine the sliced tomatoes with the sliced potatoes and the grated cheese.
- Add the mayonnaise and mustard mixture and toss carefully so as not to break the potatoes.
- Turn out into the centre of the lettuce in the salad bowl. Sprinkle with parsley.
