Ingredients:
• 4 – peeled Tomatoes (sliced)
• 1/4 cup – Cream
• 1/4 cup – French dressing
• salt and pepper to taste
• 120 g – grated cheese
• 1 tbsp – Tomato sauce
• pinch – Cumin seed powder To prepare French dressing:
• 1/2 cup – oil
• 1/2 tsp – fresh ground Ginger
• 2 tbsp – mild Vinegar
• 1 tsp – salt
• 1/2 Clove – Garlic
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients in a bottle or jar with a cover.
- Screw the cover on tightly.
- When ready to serve, remove the garlic, and shake hard to blend.
- Do not leave the garlic for more than a day.
- If the vinegar is shark, add a trace of sugar.
- Marinate tomato slices in French dressing for 30 mins. Drain and arrange on a serving dish.
- Mix the rest of the ingredients and spread over tomatoes.
- Chill and serve.
