Ingredients:

• 6 slices – Bacon
• 4 – eggs
• 1/2 cup – Milk
• 100 g – Amul cheese, grated
• 1/4 tsp – Pepper powder
• Butter for cooking

Method:

  1. Cut bacon in small pieces and fry in pan until crisp.
  2. Drain, reserving 2 tbsp of dripping pieces.
  3. Wipe pan with a paper towel and put the dripping pieces back in the pan.
  4. Blend eggs, milk and pepper and pour into the hot pan.
  5. Lift edges of omelette as it cooks, letting runny part of eggs go underneath to cook.
  6. When eggs are beginning to set sprinkle bacon pieces and cheese.
  7. Cover the pan just until cheese melts.
  8. Fold over into half.
  9. Serve hot.
