Ingredients:

• 2 slices – bread
• 10-12 Cloves – garlic, chopped or crushed
• 3-4 – Green chillies
• 2 cups – mozzarella cheese, grated
• salt to taste
• black pepper to taste

Method:

  1. Soak the bread slices in water and remove immediately. Remove the water from the slices with your hand. Keep the slices in a vessel.
  2. Add garlic, green chillies, salt and black pepper.
  3. Add all the cheese and mix well.
  4. Prepare cheese pakodas and deep fry them.
  5. Serve as starters with ketchup or salsa.
