Ingredients:
• 2 slices – bread
• 10-12 Cloves – garlic, chopped or crushed
• 3-4 – Green chillies
• 2 cups – mozzarella cheese, grated
• salt to taste
• black pepper to taste
Method:
- Soak the bread slices in water and remove immediately. Remove the water from the slices with your hand. Keep the slices in a vessel.
- Add garlic, green chillies, salt and black pepper.
- Add all the cheese and mix well.
- Prepare cheese pakodas and deep fry them.
- Serve as starters with ketchup or salsa.
