
Ingredients:
• 2 cups – flour
• 1 cup – grated cheese
• 1/2 cup – Milk
• 1/2 cup – Butter
• 2 – eggs
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• oil for frying
• salt to taste
Method:
- Beat the eggs and blend well with the milk.
- Mix the flour, grated cheese, chilli powder and butter together.
- Make a well in the centre and pour in the egg-milk mixture.
- Add salt and blend well.
- Drop spoonfuls of these into hot oil and fry until golden brown on all sides.
- Drain and serve hot.
