Ingredients:

• 3 cups – Milk
• 1 cup – cheese
• 1 cup – Spinach or coriander bunch
• 2.5 cups – fine rava
• Salt as needed
• 1.5 tsp – chilli powder
• 3- small green chillies, chopped
• 4-6 tsp – Butter
• 1/2 cup – bread crumbs
• Oil

Method:

  1. Boil the milk in a vessel. When it starts to boil, lower the flame and add cheese and butter, little by little.
  2. Start stirring when the cheese starts melting. After it melts add rava little by little while stirring the milk.
  3. After adding all the rava, lower the flame and stir so that no lumps are formed
  4. When it forms into a dough, spread in a tray which is greased with little oil or ghee. Spread evenly and cut into small square or rounds.
  5. Then freeze it in the refrigerator for 15 to 20 min. Then, take it out, split the cubes separately, dip it in a maida paste ( made of maida and water), cover it in bread crumbs, deep fry or bake.
  6. Store the cubes in freezer for 4 to 5 days and deep fry when needed
