Ingredients:
• 1 cup – grated cheese
• 2 – eggs
• 2 tbsps – Breadcrumbs
• Salt and pepper
• A little Milk
• Flour
Method:
- Beat eggs well.
- Add the other ingredients, and mix to a smooth paste.
- Heat oil in a kerahi. Drop tablespoons of the mixture in it and fry until browned on both sides.
