Ingredients:

• 2 cups – Rice
• 1 cup – cabbage, finely chopped
• 1/2 cup – grated cheese
• 1/2 tsp – chopped Garlic
• 1 – small Onion (chopped)
• 1 tbsp – chopped capsicum/green bell pepper
• Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

  1. Cook rice and cool.
  2. Fry the chopped garlic and onion till it turns golden brown.
  3. Once done, add the capsicum/green bell pepper and cabbage and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes on low heat.
  4. Add the rice and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes. While frying, add salt and pepper as required.
  5. Transfer to a serving dish and serve immediately garnished with grated cheese.
