Ingredients:
• 200 g – grated low Cal Paneer
• 250 g – mozzarella cheese
• 100 g – Capsicum
• 2 – large Tomatoes
• 2 – large Onions
• oregano, chilli flakes and salt to taste
• pizza base
• Tomato ketchup
Method:
- Spread tomato ketchup on the pizza base.
- Spread all vegetables and paneer along with grated cheese on the base.
- Bake at 250 degrees C in an oven for 5 mins.
- Low cal paneer cheese pizza is ready.
