Ingredients:
• 1 heaped cup – flour
• 1 1/2 cups – Milk
• 10 tbsp – grated cheese
• 2 eggs
• salt and pepper to taste
• 1/2 tsp – baking powder
• oil
Method:
- Sift the flour along with the baking powder, salt and pepper.
- Beat the eggs till frothy.
- Blend the flour, cheese, eggs and milk into a batter of medium consistency.
- Make sure that there are no lumps.
- Heat a small frying pan, with enough oil to coat it and pour in a little of the batter.
- Move the pan around so that the batter spreads to the edges of the pan.
- Fry the panroll on one side till light brown, flip over and fry on other side.
- Roll it up and fix it with a toothpick.
- Keep aside on a warm serving dish.
- Repeat this process with the rest of the batter till all of it is used up.
- Serve the panrolls immediately with mint chutney.
