
Ingredients:
• 1 can – Buttermilk Biscuits dough
• 1 cup – Cheese
• 1/2 cup – Chopped Coriander leaves
• 1 tsp – Jeera powder
• 2-3 – Green chillies (chopped fine)
• 1/4 tsp – Sesame seeds
• 1/4 tsp – Poppy Seeds
• 2 – eggs (beaten)
Method:
- Dry roast the sesame and poppy seeds.
- Mix the grated cheese, green chillies, coriander leaves, dry roasted sesame and poppy seeds, and jeera powder.
- Now take the dough, add some of the cheese mixture on top, press down firmly so that it sticks to the dough, and roll each biscuit into a thick roti.
- Heat a pan, put the roti on it, cheese side down.
- Add some oil to fry it. Then put a tbsp or more of the beaten egg on the upper side of the roti and turn it over. Fry well on both sides.
- Serve with sweet chilli sauce or tomato ketchup.
