
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – cheese, grated
• 5 – bread slices
• 1 cup – Milk and water mixed
• 1 cup – onion, chopped
• 1 cup – boiled and mashed Potatoes
• pinch – Red Chilli powder
• chat masala or garam masala, optional
• oil for frying
• salt to taste
Method:
- Mix potatoes, onions, salt and red chilli powder together. Make small rolls.
- Take bread, cut into slices and soak a while in the milk.
- Add water and squeeze to remove excess water.
- Fill with the filling and cover well.
