Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup – Milk
• 1 tbsp – Butter
• 1 tbsp – flour
• 3 tbsp – grated cheese
• 1/2 tsp – white pepper powder

Method:

  1. Warm the milk with a little water in a pan.
  2. Mix in the flour and stir to get a smooth paste.
  3. Add the butter, grated cheese, pepper powder and salt and mix well.
  4. Cook for 3 or 4 more min on low heat until the mixture thickens, then turn off the heat.
  5. Serve with any baked dish.
