Ingredients:

• 2 tbsp – Butter
• 2 tbsp – flour
• 2 cups – Milk
• 1/2 tsp – salt
• 1/4 tsp – pepper powder
• 1/2 tsp – mustard
• 100 gm – Cheese grated

Method:

  1. Melt butter. Stir in flour, to make a smooth paste. Cook on low fire till bubbles form.
  2. Add the milk gradually.
  3. Cook, stirring till smooth and slightly thickened.
  4. Season with salt, pepper and mustard.
  5. Stir in grated cheese and cook till cheese melts.
