
Ingredients:
• 2 tbsp – Butter
• 2 tbsp – flour
• 2 cups – Milk
• 1/2 tsp – salt
• 1/4 tsp – pepper powder
• 1/2 tsp – mustard
• 100 gm – Cheese grated
Method:
- Melt butter. Stir in flour, to make a smooth paste. Cook on low fire till bubbles form.
- Add the milk gradually.
- Cook, stirring till smooth and slightly thickened.
- Season with salt, pepper and mustard.
- Stir in grated cheese and cook till cheese melts.
