
Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – dosa batter
• 1 cup – finely chopped Onion
• 1 cup – finely chopped Tomato
• 1 cup – finely chopped Capsicum
• 1 cup – grated Carrot
• 1 cup – grated cheese
• Oil as required
Method:
- Heat tawa and make a slightly thick dosa.
- Put the mix of finely chopped vegetables on top of the dosa and put the cheese over it.
- Serve hot.
