
Ingredients:
• Large Potato – 1
• Table Butter – 2 tbsp
• Minced Garlic – 1 tsp
• Grated cheddar cheese – 3 tbsp
Method:
- Peel and cut the potato into 4 round (or oblong, depending on the shape of the potato) slices.
- Cook in gently simmering water till soft, taking care not to overcook or break the slices.
- Drain and cool slightly. Mix garlic with butter.
- Apply garlic butter to both the sides of potato slices.
- Make 2 sandwiches with potato slices, filling them with cheese.
- Toast in sandwich toaster till golden brown. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
