
Ingredients:
• 1 bunch Spinach
• 50g Cauliflower
• 50g grated cheese
• 1 tsp crushed Garlic
• Salt as per taste
• 250g Wheat flour
• Oil for cooking
Method:
- For stuffing:
- Fry chopped garlic in 1/2 tsp oil in a pan.
- Add the chopped spinach and cauliflower.
- Stir fry the vegetables and keep aside.
- Add grated cheese and a pinch of salt to the vegetables.
- Knead the wheat flour with some water, and make small balls.
- Take a ball, stuff with the spinach mixture and roll out into parathas.
- Fry on both sides, with a little oil. Serve with curds.
