Ingredients:

• 1 bunch Spinach
• 50g Cauliflower
• 50g grated cheese
• 1 tsp crushed Garlic
• Salt as per taste
• 250g Wheat flour
• Oil for cooking

Method:

  1. For stuffing:
  2. Fry chopped garlic in 1/2 tsp oil in a pan.
  3. Add the chopped spinach and cauliflower.
  4. Stir fry the vegetables and keep aside.
  5. Add grated cheese and a pinch of salt to the vegetables.
  6. Knead the wheat flour with some water, and make small balls.
  7. Take a ball, stuff with the spinach mixture and roll out into parathas.
  8. Fry on both sides, with a little oil. Serve with curds.
