Ingredients:
• 25 – cocktail sticks
• 25 1cm x 1cm – cheese cubes
• 25 – baby Tomatoes
• 25 1 cmx1cm – pieces of Carrot
• 1/2 tsp – salt
• 1/2 tsp – white Vinegar
• 1/2 tsp – Sugar
• pepper to taste
Method:
- Boil carrots in water till they are slightly soft.
- Drain it under cold water.
- Sprinkle vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar over the pieces.
- Toss to blend different flavours well.
- Pierce one carrot piece on a cocktail stick.
- Follow it with a piece of cheese.
- Follow it with a baby tomato.
- Repeat the step for all ingredients.
- Serve arranged on a platter.
