
Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – chenai (suran)
• For grinding :
• 4 tsp – chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 3 flakes – Garlic
• 1 – small Onion
• Ginger, small piece
• Salt
Method:
- Cut the chenai into medium square pieces of 1/2 inch thickness.
- In a vessel pour enough water to boil the chenai pieces. Mix in the ground masala paste.
- Boil it till no water is left and masala is well mixed with the pieces.
- In a frying pan, pour 2 tbsp oil and fry the chenai pieces till golden brown colour.
