Ingredients:

• Chicken – 2 kg, cut into small pieces
• Curd – 350 g
• Vinegar-1 cup
• Ginger/garlic paste – 250 g
• Red Chilli powder – 3 tsp
• Garam Masala – 1 tsp
• Black pepper – 1 tsp
• Turmeric – a little
• Dhania powder – 2 tsp
• Oil or ghee-2 tsp
• Food color (orange)
• Tomato sauce-2 tsp
• Red Chillies – 3 to 4
• Jeera – a pinch

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken with all the above ingredients (except red chillies and jeera) for 5 to 6 hours. Cook it in a non-stick pan (do not cover).
  2. Cook the chicken on a medium flame till tender.
  3. In a separate pan, heat oil or ghee. Add red chillies and jeera.
  4. After they turn blackish, add this seasoning on the chicken.
  5. Your chicken 65 is ready and you can enjoy it with fresh parathas.
