
Ingredients:
• Chicken – 2 kg, cut into small pieces
• Curd – 350 g
• Vinegar-1 cup
• Ginger/garlic paste – 250 g
• Red Chilli powder – 3 tsp
• Garam Masala – 1 tsp
• Black pepper – 1 tsp
• Turmeric – a little
• Dhania powder – 2 tsp
• Oil or ghee-2 tsp
• Food color (orange)
• Tomato sauce-2 tsp
• Red Chillies – 3 to 4
• Jeera – a pinch
Method:
- Marinate chicken with all the above ingredients (except red chillies and jeera) for 5 to 6 hours. Cook it in a non-stick pan (do not cover).
- Cook the chicken on a medium flame till tender.
- In a separate pan, heat oil or ghee. Add red chillies and jeera.
- After they turn blackish, add this seasoning on the chicken.
- Your chicken 65 is ready and you can enjoy it with fresh parathas.
