Ingredients:
• Boneless Chicken strips – 500 g
• Chilli powder – 2 tsp
• Chopped Garlic – 1 tbsp
• Oregano – 1/2 tsp
• Lime juice – 2 tbsp
• Worcestershire sauce – 1/2 tsp
• Oil – 5 tbsp
• Green Capsicum – 1/2 cup, cut into thin strips
• Red Capsicum – 1/2 cup, cut into thin strips
• Yellow Capsicum – 1/2 cup, cut into thin strips
• Onion – 1/2 cup, sliced
• White pepper powder to taste
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Marinate the chicken in all the ingredients from chilli powder to Worcestershire sauce and 3 tbsp of oil for 4 hrs (or over night in fridge).
- Heat a nonstick pan with oil and saute the chopped onions for a 1 minute and then add the chopped green, yellow and red capsicum and saute for a few minutes.
- Add salt and white pepper as required. Now add the marinated chicken and cook till done. Serve.
