• 2 Green chillies
• 1 small Tomato
• 1 tsp Turmeric powder
• 50 ml Mustard oil
• 10 cm long bamboo (big diameter)

• Coriander leaves
Method:
- Cut one onion into thin slices.
- Soak dry red chillies and grind them to paste with the other onion.

- Remove bowl from bath and add onion-chilli paste, sliced onion, ginger-garlic paste, green chilli, sliced tomato, mustard oil and some coriander leaves to the mixture.
- Mix them well for 10 minutes with your hand.
- Wrap the mixture in a banana leaf into a cylinder. Cover all the sides with the banana leaf.
- Tie it with a cotton thread so that it doesn’t unfold.
- Place it inside the hollow space of a bamboo.
- Cover both the open sides with mud and insert the bamboo in mild fire/coals.
- Carefully watch it for 30-45 minutes.
- When the bamboo is burnt completely, remove the mouth-watering delicious chicken and serve hot.
