
Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup – Chicken (diced into pieces)
• 1/2 tsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 1/2 tsp – chilli Powder
• 1 cup – Potato chips
• 1 cup – dry noodles (dry roasted till golden brown) or 1 cup namkeen sev
• 1 tbsp – chaat masala
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala
• 3 tbsp – Tamarind chutney
• 1/4 cup – Onions (finely chopped)
• 1 small – Tomato (finely chopped)
• 1/4 cup – coriander (finely chopped)
• Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- Marinate chicken with ginger-garlic paste, chilli powder and salt for 10 minutes.
- Stir fry the chicken with a little oil till done.
- Add all the ingredients in a bowl plus the cooked chicken.
- Sprinkle some salt and pepper.
- Mix well and serve immediately.
