Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg boneless Chicken
• 2.5 tsp Maida
• 5 tbsp Corn flour
• 1 Egg
• salt and pepper to taste
• A pinch of ajinomoto
• A few drops of red color
• Oil for frying
• For sauce:
• 2 tbsp oil
• 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
• 4 Green chillies
• 2 tsp soya sauce
• 2 tsp white Vinegar
• 1.5 tbsp chilli sauce
• a pinch of ajinomoto
• few drops of red color
Method:
- Wash and cut chicken into small pieces.
- Mix flour, corn flour, salt, pepper, and ajinomoto.
- Beat the egg and add to the flour mixture. Blend well, till there are no lumps.
- Add the red colour and put the chicken pieces into the mixture and marinate for 15 minutes.
- Then deep fry in hot oil till done.
- For the sauce:
- Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan.
- When the oil heats up, add ginger-garlic paste and green chillies finely cut.
- Saute for a couple of minutes.
- Now add the sauces, vinegar, ajinomoto and red colour.
- Cook the sauce for a few minutes on a low flame.
- Add the chicken pieces. Cook on low flame till the sauce completely coats the chicken pieces.
