Ingredients:

• 2 – Corn cobs
• 4 – large cups Chicken stock
• 1 tbsp – flour
• 1 tbsp – Butter
• 1 cup – Milk
• Salt and pepper

Method:

  1. Melt butter, add flour, stir till it becomes like breadcrumbs.
  2. Remove from fire, add chicken stock and blend well. When all the stock is added, add milk and return to fire.
  3. Add seasoning, add corn and bring to a boil.
  4. Cook till corn is tender.
