
Ingredients:
• 2 – Chicken breasts
• 1 Chicken for stock
• 2cm piece – Ginger
• 1 small tin – Cream style sweet Corn
• 1.5 tsp – ajinomoto
• 1 tsp – sherry or brandy
• 1 tsp – Corn flour for thickening
• 1 – egg, well beaten
• 1 tbsp – Garlic juice
• few drops of Lime juice
• For serving :
• soy sauce
• chilli sauce
• chopped green chillies, soaked in Vinegar
Method:
- Boil chicken with ginger.
- Add sweet corn, brandy, and ajinomoto to stock and simmer.
- Add shredded chicken with a little corn flour.
- Add garlic juice and a well-beaten egg.
- Garnish with chicken pieces and a few drops of lemon.
- Serve hot with soya sauce, chilli sauce, and chopped green chillies soaked in vinegar.
