Ingredients:

• 1 – chicken, cut into small cubes
• 1 – Onion
• 3 Cloves – Garlic
• 1/2 inch – Ginger
• 1/2 tsp – Haldi
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 1 – Lime
• 2 to 3 – Green chillies
• 1 tsp – curry powder
• 1 – big Tomato
• Coriander for garnishing
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Marinate the chicken in lime juice, haldi, curry powder, and salt for half an hour.
  2. Heat oil, and add cumin, chopped ginger-garlic, and green chillies; saute.
  3. Then add finely chopped onions; cook until light brown.
  4. Add the chicken with the marinade along with the chopped tomato. Add salt to taste and garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.
