Ingredients:
• 3/4 kg – Chicken
• 2-3 – medium Onions
• 1 small bunch – Curry leaves
• 1 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1.5 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• 2 tbsps – ginger-garlic paste
• Salt to taste
• 1/4 litre – Curd
• Coriander leaves
Method:
- Wash the chicken and add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, coriander powder, ginger-garlic paste and salt to taste.
- Mix everything well and keep aside to marinate for 15 mins.
- Then heat oil in a kadai, add finely cut onions and the curry leaves. Saute.
- Then add the marinated chicken to kadai and stir well for about 5-10 mins.
- Add the curds and stir to form a thick gravy for about 10-15 mins.
- Once cooked, garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with hot rice or chapattis.
