Ingredients:

• 1 – Chicken
• 3 tsp – chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric
• 1/2 tbsp – Garam Masala
• 4 tsp – Ginger and Garlic paste
• 1 pinch – red colour
• 1/2 cup – Curd
• 1 – Onion
• Coriander leaves to garnish
• 1/2 tsp – Lemon juice
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. In the curd, mix the ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, turmeric, chilli powder, salt, and a pinch of red colour.
  2. Soak chicken pieces and let it marinate for half an hour.
  3. Heat oil and add chicken. Fry on low fire till dry.
  4. Serve hot, garnished with coriander and onion slices.
  5. Add lemon juice just before serving.
