Ingredients:

• 1 kg – dressed Chicken
• 5 g – Ginger
• 5 g – Garlic
• 2 g – Turmeric
• 10 g – Kashmiri chillies (remove seeds)
• 5 g – coriander
• 150 g – Onions
• 5 g – whole Garam Masala
• 30 g – oil
• 60 g – Tomatoes
• 10 g – salt
• 15 g – Cashewnuts
• 15 g – Raisins

Method:

  1. Clean and cut chicken into small pieces.
  2. Slice half the onions and grind the rest with the masala.
  3. Smear masala over chicken and set it aside.
  4. Heat fat, put in the whole garam masala and sliced onions and fry onions till light brown.
  5. Add chicken and masala and fry well.
  6. Add blanched and chopped tomatoes and a little water.
  7. Allow it to simmer till chicken is tender.
  8. Fry dry fruits and nuts and garnish.
