Ingredients:
• 1 kg – dressed Chicken
• 5 g – Ginger
• 5 g – Garlic
• 2 g – Turmeric
• 10 g – Kashmiri chillies (remove seeds)
• 5 g – coriander
• 150 g – Onions
• 5 g – whole Garam Masala
• 30 g – oil
• 60 g – Tomatoes
• 10 g – salt
• 15 g – Cashewnuts
• 15 g – Raisins
Method:
- Clean and cut chicken into small pieces.
- Slice half the onions and grind the rest with the masala.
- Smear masala over chicken and set it aside.
- Heat fat, put in the whole garam masala and sliced onions and fry onions till light brown.
- Add chicken and masala and fry well.
- Add blanched and chopped tomatoes and a little water.
- Allow it to simmer till chicken is tender.
- Fry dry fruits and nuts and garnish.
