Ingredients:
• 2 – medium sized onions, sliced
• 3 – Tomatoes , sliced
• 1 tbsp – Garlic and Ginger
• Coriander leaves
• 1 kg -skinless Chicken
• Spices:
• Pinch – Turmeric powder
• 1 tbsp – salt
• Mild curry powder – 1/2 tsp
• Dried Red Chilli powder
Method:
- Fry the onion and when it is golden brown, add the garlic ginger paste and the spices.
- Then add the tomatoes and simmer it until the tomatoes become mushy.
- Add the chicken, cover and cook it on low heat.
- Check it every 5 mins and when it dries, garnish it with corianders.
- Serve.
