Ingredients:

• 1/4 kg – lapsi
• 1 – Chicken
• 6 – Onions
• 1/2 – coconut, ground
• 4 tsp – Ginger and Garlic paste
• 1 – Chicken cube
• 1.5 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• 1.5 tsp – pepper powder
• 4 or 5 flakes – Garlic chopped
• 2 or 3 cup – water
• Coriander leaves
• Oil as required

Method:

  1. Soak lapsi overnight in water. Boil lapsi till it soft. Then grind and boil.
  2. Fry onions in oil till it becomes pink.
  3. Then add ginger garlic paste, chicken cube, garam masala powder and pepper powder.
  4. Stir well. Cook it till the raw smell goe.s
  5. Then add chicken and water and cook well.
  6. After chicken is cooked, remove the chicken and keep aside and add coconut powder into gravy.
  7. Cook it till the raw smell goes and add the shredded chicken back.
  8. Cook it for 10 to 15 mins.
  9. Then add garlic baghar and coriander leaves.
