
Ingredients:
• 1/4 kg – lapsi
• 1 – Chicken
• 6 – Onions
• 1/2 – coconut, ground
• 4 tsp – Ginger and Garlic paste
• 1 – Chicken cube
• 1.5 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• 1.5 tsp – pepper powder
• 4 or 5 flakes – Garlic chopped
• 2 or 3 cup – water
• Coriander leaves
• Oil as required
Method:
- Soak lapsi overnight in water. Boil lapsi till it soft. Then grind and boil.
- Fry onions in oil till it becomes pink.
- Then add ginger garlic paste, chicken cube, garam masala powder and pepper powder.
- Stir well. Cook it till the raw smell goe.s
- Then add chicken and water and cook well.
- After chicken is cooked, remove the chicken and keep aside and add coconut powder into gravy.
- Cook it till the raw smell goes and add the shredded chicken back.
- Cook it for 10 to 15 mins.
- Then add garlic baghar and coriander leaves.
