Ingredients:
• 1 – chicken, cut into medium size
• 1 – medium cabbage, shredded
• 400 g – capsicum, sliced into thick pieces
• 500 g – spring onions, sliced
• 3 tbsp – Garlic paste
• 2 tbsp – Ginger paste
• 1 cup – Tomato sauce
• 1-2 tbsp – soya sauce
• 2 tbsp – Vinegar
• 2 tbsp – chilli sauce [according to taste]
• 3-4 – green chillies, slit lengthwise
• 2 tbsp oil [optional]
Method:
- Heat oil in a thick bottom pan. Add onions, chillies capsicums stir for a minute.
- Add cabbage and chicken. Cover it and let it cook on low heat till the chicken is well cooked .
- Increase heat and add ginger garlic paste and sauces. Mix well.
- Keep stirring till oil comes to the corners.
- Serve hot with breads or buns.
