
Ingredients:
• 6 – Chicken Drumsticks
• 3 – onions, sliced finely
• 6 – peppercorns
• 1 tsp – pepper powder
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp – chopped Ginger
• 1 tsp – chopped Garlic
• 2 tbsp – chopped fresh coriander
• 1 tsp – chopped fresh Mint
• 6 – green chillies, sliced
• 3 tbsp – oil
Method:
- Boil the chicken in about 1 cup of water with a little salt and the pepper corns till tender.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the onions, green chillies, ginger and garlic till golden brown.
- Add the boiled chicken, chilli powder and pepper powder and cook till semi dry.
- Stir in the chopped mint and coriander leaves and fry for a few more minutes.
- Serve.
