Ingredients:

• 6 – Chicken Drumsticks
• 3 – onions, sliced finely
• 6 – peppercorns
• 1 tsp – pepper powder
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp – chopped Ginger
• 1 tsp – chopped Garlic
• 2 tbsp – chopped fresh coriander
• 1 tsp – chopped fresh Mint
• 6 – green chillies, sliced
• 3 tbsp – oil

Method:

  1. Boil the chicken in about 1 cup of water with a little salt and the pepper corns till tender.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and fry the onions, green chillies, ginger and garlic till golden brown.
  3. Add the boiled chicken, chilli powder and pepper powder and cook till semi dry.
  4. Stir in the chopped mint and coriander leaves and fry for a few more minutes.
  5. Serve.
