Ingredients:
• 4 – Chicken breasts
• 2 – Garlic bulbs, crushed
• 2 tsp – Corn flour
• 1 tsp – hot sauce
• 1/2 – Maggie stock cube, crushed
• 1/2 tsp – pepper
• Little – breadcrumbs
• 2 – eggs, beaten
• 4 tbsp – oil
Method:
- Clean the chicken breast. Add the crushed garlic, corn flour, hot sauce, crushed Maggie and pepper to it.
- Keep it marinated in a bowl, for 10 minutes.
- Then take the chicken breasts one at a time and dip them in the beaten egg.
- Roll them in the breadcrumbs and deep fry in the oil for 10 minutes.
- Can be served with rice or had with bread.
