
Ingredients:
• 500 g – chicken, cooked and shredded
• 3 cups – basmati rice, cooked
• 1 cup – carrot, Cabbage and beans, julienned
• 1 – capsicum, de-seeded, julienned
• 2 – eggs
• 1 tsp – white pepper powder
• 2-3 flakes – garlic, chopped
• 1 – onion, thinly sliced
• Soya sauce to taste
• Oil
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Cook rice and keep aside.
- Heat oil and saute onions, garlic, capsicum, cabbage, beans and carrot.
- Mix with salt and pepper and set aside.
- Scramble eggs in the pan.
- Add sauteed vegetables and cooked chicken mix well.
- Mix in the rice gently.
- Season with soya sauce and serve hot.
