
Ingredients:
• 500 g – chicken, cut into 8 pieces
• 1 cup – Milk
• 2 tbsp – Lemon juice
• For green paste:
• 2 – spring onions, chopped with green portion
• 4 to 5 – Green chillies
• 1/2 cup – coriander, chopped
• 1/2 cup – mint, chopped
• 10 flakes – Garlic
• 1.5 inch – Ginger piece
• 2 tbsp – oil
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 1.5 tsp – salt
Method:
- Grind together all the green paste ingredients into a smooth paste in a mixer.
- Saute this paste in a pressure pan for 5 minutes. Add chicken and mix well.
- Cook until the chicken is done.
- To serve, add milk and boil for 3 minutes.
- Mix lemon juice and sprinkle some garam masala and chopped coriander.
- Serve hot.
