Ingredients:

• Chicken – 1/2 kg
• Pepper (crushed) – 6 tbsp
• Salt to taste
• Juice of one Lime
• Butter – 50 g
• Oil – 50 g
• Green Chilli, slit – 4
• Coriander leaves, chopped – 1 cup
• Ginger, julienned -1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Marinate the chicken in lime juice, salt and 3 tbsp of pepper for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat the oil and butter together. Fry the chicken in it.
  3. Mix the fried chicken with rest of the ingredients and return to the pan.
  4. Fry again for a few more minutes before serving.
