
Ingredients:
• Chicken – 1/2 kg
• Pepper (crushed) – 6 tbsp
• Salt to taste
• Juice of one Lime
• Butter – 50 g
• Oil – 50 g
• Green Chilli, slit – 4
• Coriander leaves, chopped – 1 cup
• Ginger, julienned -1 tbsp
Method:
- Marinate the chicken in lime juice, salt and 3 tbsp of pepper for 15 minutes.
- Heat the oil and butter together. Fry the chicken in it.
- Mix the fried chicken with rest of the ingredients and return to the pan.
- Fry again for a few more minutes before serving.
