Ingredients:

• 1 kg – Chicken
• 200 g – small Onions
• 50 g – Chicken masala powder
• 4 – Tomatoes
• 1/2 – Coconut Milk

Method:

  1. Clean and the cut chicken into small pieces.
  2. Heat oil in a kadhai. Saute the onions.
  3. Add the tomatoes and saute well.
  4. Add the chicken and salt.
  5. Add the chicken masala, saute well and pour the coconut milk.
  6. Allow it to boil so that the gravy thickens.
  7. Serve with hot rice.
