Ingredients:
• 250 g- Chicken breasts, cut into thin strips and cooked in one spoon of Butter or Olive oil with salt and pepper
• Salt
• Pepper
• 1/2 cup – fat-free sour Cream
• 1/2 cup – light mayonnaise
• 1/3 cup – skimmed Milk
• 3 tbsp – Lime juice
• 2 tbsp – chopped fresh Cilantro
• 1 tbsp – Vinegar
• 2 – large Garlic cloves, minced
• 1 tsp – mustard
• 1 tbsp – Olive oil
Method:
- Combine all ingredients and stir well with a whisk.
- Cook for a few minutes, add cooked chicken and serve with rice.
