Ingredients:

• Chicken 1 kg
• Salt to taste
• Vinegar 2 tsp
• Turmeric 1/2 tsp
• Ginger Garlic paste 1 tsp
• Chilli powder 2.5 tsp
• Red or Orange colour – a dash
• Oil to fry

Method:

  1. Cut the chicken according to your requirement.
  2. Mix all the ingredients and make a thick paste.
  3. Apply uniformly to the chicken and marinate it for at least 1 hour.
  4. Shallow fry till done.
  5. Serve hot.
