Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg – Chicken
• 250ml – Milk
• 50g – Garlic paste
• 50g – Ginger paste
• 6-7 – Slit Green chillies
• 5 tbsp – Corn flour
• 1 tsp – Ground Pepper
• 1 tbsp – Cooking Oil
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Boil the chicken in milk and salt till the chicken becomes tender.
  2. In a separate pan, heat the oil and lightly fry the ginger and garlic paste and green chillies.
  3. Add the chicken and milk mixture to the pan.
  4. Mix the corn flour in a little cold milk, and add it to the pan, stirring the pan continuously.
  5. When the gravy starts thickening, add the pepper powder.
  6. Stir it a little and serve hot with rumali rotis.
