
Ingredients:
• 1 Chicken (about 2 kgs)
• 100 gms – Ghee
• 4 Tomato
• 1 large brown Onion
• 25 mm – knob fresh Ginger
• 2 Cloves Garlic
• 25 gms – chilli powder
• 25 gms – coriander powder
• 2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 25 gms – Garam Masala
• 25 gms – salt
Method:
- Skin and de-bone the chicken and cut the meat into bite-size pieces.
- Chop the tomatoes, onion, ginger and garlic.
- Heat the ghee in a large pan and saute the chicken for about 10 mins.
- Add the onion, ginger, garlic and spice powders and cook for 15-20 mins, stirring frequently.
- Add the tomato and cook for a further 3-4 mins.
- Finally add salt and garam masala.
- Stir to blend thoroughly and transfer to a serving dish.
