Ingredients:
• 1/4 kg – boneless Chicken
• 1 tsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• A pinch of food colour
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala
• Few drops of Vinegar
• 2 tsp – Corn flour
• 1 tsp – chilli sauce
• 1 tsp – Tomato sauce
• Salt to taste
• Oil for deep frying
Method:
- Clean the chicken and add all ingredients to it.
- Keep it in the fridge for a few minutes.
- Deep fry the pieces and serve hot.
- Can be served with rice or biryani.
